PAM_KEYRING has arrived! Now with ability to change a keyring

I have added a testing section to the PAM_KEYRING project page. It includes a patched version of gnome-keyring that supports changing a keyring's password. The gnome-keyring package also has a bug fix so the "always allow" button actually works and authorization is remembered between sessions.
